  2. Include your registered mobile number, Razorpay transaction ID, and reason
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method
  5. Refunds typically reach your bank account within 5–10 business days

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You don’t need to "cancel" — your access simply expires at the end of the paid period unless you manually renew.

If you wish to delete your account entirely, email support@teacherutilitytoolkit.com.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank/card, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all genuine issues amicably. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. Lifetime Plan Special Notes

The Lifetime plan (₹1499) is a one-time payment valid for 99 years. Refund window for Lifetime plans is 7 days with the same conditions above.
